May 18, 2021 - P.M. The afternoon of May 18, 2021, construction crew is currently in the process of backfilling the hole with varying sizes of rock as they go up.  Tomorrow, May 19, 2021, they will prep the canal for shot-crete.  Shot-crete will begin Thursday morning with a goal to turn the water back on in the canal Friday evening.
