REQUESTS FOR HEADGATE/WATER ADJUSTMENTS
ALL requests for headgate adjustments must be made by calling the office at 541-382-7664. If your call is not answered by someone in the office, please leave a message on the answering machine. We will not accept requests via email or text. We do not call customers back to confirm that we have received your message. A ticket is made when the message is received, and the request is handled within 24 to 36 hours.
No headgate adjustments are made over the weekend. If you are calling for an adjustment that you would like to happen by the weekend, you must call no later than Thursday morning for the call to be handled on Friday.
If you would like your adjust made on Monday, you can call at any time over the weekend and leave your message.
If you calling in case of an emergency (threat of damage to life or property), and it is not during regular business hours of 7:30 - 4:00 pm, please call 541-719-8267 and the on-call ditchrider will call you back.
