A reminder that Arnold's irrigation rights in April and early May are lower than in the summer.  The rate you are currently seeing at your headgate will be the same until after Monday, May 1st.  

These rates are controlled by the State and will adjust upwards after May 1st if there is sufficient water available from the Deschutes River.

Arnold will do its best to increase flows as available and per the water right.
